The Institute of Culinary Education (ICE) offers America�s largest program of �hands-on� cooking, baking and wine education classes. Courses are offered day and night, 355 days a year. Located in the heart of Manhattan, ICE has 14 state-of-the-art kitchens and classrooms filled each day with cooking, learning, and tasting.
